MSL can be downloaded from SourceForge at http://mslib.svn.sourceforge.net/.

The lates development version is in the trunk subdirectory. The tags subdirectory contains snapshots of subsequent version that have been labeled with a release number.

If Subversion (SVN) is installed in your system, MSL can be obtained using using the following command in a terminal window. 

svn  co  https://mslib.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mslib/trunk
